sponsoring the Taste Event that helps to
sponsor PIFA's scholarship programs.
Pacific Island food has become popular
world-wide, embracing flavors of old
traditional island cooking with new fusion
style blends that have become a culinary
delight. San Diego has many of the
foremost restaurants and catering companies
who offer the many islander tastes that
represent the faces of our Pacific Islander
groups. We look forward to our 6th Annual
Taste of the Pacific Islands, July 2008
again at the Bali Hai Restaurant.
We
would like to encourage our website viewers to

instrumental in helping PIFA raise funds for our
scholarship recipients on a yearly basis. Please
